- Determined the impact of 30 scope changes on an $80 million complex of
four university buildings on behalf of a contractor. Authored claim
justification for additional costs, and presented findings in successful
mediation.
- Analyzed a $12 million claim on two state-of-the-art
teaching facilities on behalf of a university in California. Analysis
included detailed schedule analysis, review of 20 major change orders,
evaluation of architect performance, and analysis of subcontractor claims.
Participated in a successful mediation.
- Evaluated a $12 million claim for additional direct costs and delay costs
on a $50 million high school in California. Performed a detailed schedule
analysis as well as an audit of job costs. Presented findings in mediation
of case which settled in post-mediation conferences.
