$125 million office building. Analyzed the impact of thirty alleged delay
issues. Developed trial exhibits and provided deposition testimony.
- Identified and quantified architect exposure on a $30 million hospital
project. Wrote a comprehensive report on the causes of the problems, and
the extent to which the architect caused overruns and consequential
damages. Presented findings in a successful mediation.
