The problem: On a residential project, the contractor experienced a large overrun. Torone Consulting was engaged to evaluate the causes for this overrun.

Our analysis: We identified and investigated 25 changes that led to overruns. We authored a detailed analysis that documented entitlement for each issue. In addition, we quantified the cost of each issue.

The resolution: We presented our findings in a successful mediation.
