being deposed, writing rebuttal testimony, and testifying.
- Analyzed schedule delays on the design/build installation of mechanical
work in the cleanroom of a wafer fabrication plant. The delays
led to a claim that exceeded the contract costs. Prepared detailed
analyses of schedule delays and of the productivity of the design/builder.
The case resulted in a favorable court ruling.
